Bebob Engineering has some great clean looking lens and rod support components. The lens support mounts to 15mm rods with lightweight spacing and can keep a lenses with reference point diameters up to 140mm.
With a height displacement of 24mm and lateral movement of +/- 2mm, this little guy is really versatile and adapts well with a variety of lenses including my Optimo 45-120.
Also, this lens support component accepts 3/8"and 1/4" screws.
I also got some 15mm LW rod support that slides on any standard dovetail to keep my carbon fiber rods solidly aligned with the dovetail while sitting under the lens support component. I was able to find these at Innocinema.com

Just got this 25mm EF mount Cine Xenar III lens in the mail today and I thought I would throw up a few pictures from the un-boxing.
The box just weighs over 4 pounds, labeled "ISK OPTICS" and the manufactures address in the bottom right corner.
Jump to the lens. Just a tad over 7 inches in over all length for this EF model.
The lens diameter measures out to 4.1 inches. (104mm).
The CXIII sports a 123 tooth focus gear and a 118 tooth iris gear. Both of which set at 0.8 pitch.
The image circle on the rear is 1.24 inches. (31.5mm).
